Dancing with Death was a first attempt at screenprinting. Both sides of the paper were meant to be used; therefore, a subject matter relative to both sides would be an adequate solution. The piece has the saying “till death due us part” in mind. Why not continue to love after death? Hence why, the skeletal and flesh version of the couple.
